Was für ein toller Tag!
Wir besuchen unsere über 100 Kinder im Chepang Hostel und feiern mit ihnen ein großes Fest mit Spielen und natürlich viel Essen. Es beginnt am Morgen mit Tee und Gebäck, dann werden auf den nur zwei Kochstellen verschiedene besondere Speisen (z.B. Chicken) zubereitet - die Kinder essen und essen - sie nehmen mehrfach nach! Später gibt es dann noch Schokolade für Alle.
Das Besondere für uns heute war die gemeinsame Zeit mit den Kindern beim Ratschen, Spielen und Essen - so konnten wir ihnen etwas Wertschätzung und Liebe entgegenbringen und ihnen zeigen, daß sie auch weiterhin von uns im fernen Deutschland gesehen werden!

What a great day!
We visit our more than 100 children in the Chepang Hostel and celebrate with them a big party with games and of course lots of food. It starts in the morning with tea and pastries, then various special dishes (e.g. chicken) are prepared on the only two cooking places - the children eat and eat - they eat more than once! Later there will be chocolate for everyone.
The special thing for us today was spending time together with the children chatting, playing and eating - so we were able to give them some appreciation and love and show them that we continue to see them in faraway Germany!
